Fully refurbished in 2025, the villa has been completely redecorated and re-furnished throughout. French oak flooring has been added to all bedrooms, and the Great Room now features elegant African slate underfoot. There are four spacious double bedrooms, each with a marble en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, alongside a well-equipped kitchen, open-plan living areas and all the modern conveniences you’d expect from a luxury holiday home. From the heated saltwater infinity pool to the private gardens and thoughtful design details, Dulcina is made for relaxed, luxurious island living.

At the heart of the villa is the Great Room – a spacious, open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. An oversized U-shaped sofa provides comfortable seating for up to ten guests, perfect for relaxed evenings or gathering with family and friends. The floor is finished in African slate, adding a cool, elegant contrast to the warm tones of the interior. Full-length glass doors open out onto the teak deck, allowing the indoor and outdoor spaces to flow seamlessly. The villa is equipped with central air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi throughout, and a flat screen TV with streaming services for added comfort and convenience.

Dulcina’s kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to celebratory dinners. It features high-end appliances by Wolf, Sub-Zero and Miele, along with Corian and oak countertops, a generous breakfast bar, and a walk-in pantry. There’s ample space for food preparation and storage, while both indoor and outdoor dining areas make it easy to enjoy meals and entertaining guests.

Guests at Dulcina will enjoy a seamless guest experience before and throughout their stay. A friendly meet-and-greet is provided on arrival, along with housekeeping six days a week, gardening and pool care. We’re also available to assist with restaurant reservations, private excursions, and local recommendations.
Airport transfers or car hire can be arranged in advance, and a private chef is available on request. For added convenience, arrival groceries and provisions can also be pre-ordered, so everything is ready from the moment you step through the door.
